Lord, uphold me now. Do not let the violent emotions overcome me. If there be cleansing tears for a time, let them be brief and grant me Thy Peace and Calm that I may stand quietly by her side, to help her in every way necessary, for she is my beloved soul-mate who yet I know belongs to Thee.

11:14 a.m.

Sri Aurobindo, Lord of my life and my soul, I know Thou art with me as I write these words and feel that I am only a channel to allow these words to descend. Help me to establish the inner calm to help my wife, Mary Helen, through the next phase of her long journey. Hear my prayers for her, O Divine Master, and grant her Thy perfect peace and love.
